Our mission is to ensure that transportation serves as an enabler for people and communities to reach their full potential, promoting human wellbeing and working with natural systems.

DTS are based in the UK, and have worked in the UK and in 20 countries across Africa, Asia and Europe. Our work has supported local authorities, governments and development agencies through a wide range of projects.

His expertise include transport masterplans, public transport reform, BRT, freight connectivity, e-mobility, air quality, demand modelling and data analytics.

James is a Transport Economist and Project Manager, who has implemented sustainable transport projects across Africa, Asia and the Caribbean.

His experience includes economic assessment and analysis of road maintenance, climate resilience and urban transport projects. He has also managed institutional strengthening, road safety, and e-mobility projects for a variety of donors.
