The Millennium Challenge Authority (MCC) has been developing their latest compact in Malawi, Mozambique and Zambia. 

In all three countries the objective is to improve rural accessibility with Malawi and Zambia focussed on improving rural road infrastructure and Mozambique geared towards developing a new Licungo Bridge with additional upgrading of rural road assets.

DTS Ltd, with Mott MacDonald, is providing Due Diligence consultancy for the Economic Assessment of the compact. The Economic Assessment is a key component of compact design and evaluation with results presented to the United States Houses of Congress. The methodology applies industry standard procedures including HDM-4 application.
