Moldova Roads Rehabilitation V Project Feasibility
Economic and financial focused feasibility study conducted using the HDM-4 model
The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), with the Government of Moldova, is planning to upgrade the Moldovan strategic road network to further integrate with the European Union network.
The Rehabilitation and widening of the M2 Chisinau Ring Road and rehabilitation of the M1 Chisinau to Leuseni Road sections are key components of the Moldovan road infrastructure and are subject to detailed feasibility. The project is aligned with the Economic and Investment Plan for Neighbourhood East and its post-2020 Eastern Partnership Priorities to enhance transport connectivity by strengthening core transport links with a focus on extended TEN-T network.
DTS Ltd, with Roughton International Ltd, are conducting the feasibility and DTS Ltd is focused on the Economic and Financial Appraisal component of the study. The appraisal is conducted using the HDM-4 model and procedures consistent with EBRD economic appraisal guidelines.
